What it means
At startup the CNC found the orgdata.tab file with coordinates, zero offsets, parts counter and kinematics data invalid, so those values are lost. The machine must be re-referenced (homed) before production. If it recurs without an obvious bad shutdown, suspect the storage device or the power-off sequence.
Likely causes
- previous shutdown via mains cut instead of controlled OFF
- corrupt orgdata.tab file
- storage degradation in the central unit
Triage note: Always power down through the CNC shut-down procedure; cutting control power directly is the most frequent trigger.
