Terms of Sale
What a quote commits each side to, how condition, warranty and lead time work, and how payment, shipping and cancellation are handled — written for a marketplace with no cart, no checkout and no standing prices.
Quote-only, in writing
There is no cart or checkout. Every order traces back to a line-item quote — pricing, condition and lead time are only ever binding once that quote is confirmed.
No stored payment details
This site never collects payment. Nothing here holds card, bank or UPI details — payment is arranged directly once your quote is confirmed.
Condition stated up front
New, Used or Refurbished — labelled on every listing, with warranty (if any) stated on the quote itself, not assumed.
Scope — what these terms cover
cncspares.in is a business-to-business marketplace for CNC spare parts, run entirely by request-for-quote: there is no shopping cart, no checkout and no customer account. These Terms of Sale govern any quote we issue and any order placed against it — from the moment you submit an RFQ through to delivery and warranty on the parts you receive. They sit alongside, and do not replace, our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle the personal data in your RFQ rather than the commercial terms of the sale itself.
By submitting an RFQ or accepting a quote, you agree to the terms below for that transaction.
Quotes & pricing
- Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Catalog pages show either a price or “Call for price” for quote-only lines — both are indicative until we confirm the exact part, revision and stock against your RFQ.
- A quote becomes binding on the terms it states — price, condition, quantity and lead time — once we send it in response to your RFQ. We do not carry a fixed “quote valid for N days” policy across every line; where a quote does not itself state a validity window, treat the pricing as indicative and ask us to reconfirm it before you rely on it for a purchase order.
- GST is extra unless a quote says a price is inclusive. Freight, duty and any bank or payment-gateway charges are also excluded unless stated. Prices are quoted in INR.
- cncspares.in never displays a GSTIN or issues GST invoices on this site — invoicing for a confirmed order, including how GST applies, is confirmed directly as part of finalising that order, not shown as a standing rate here.
Condition grading
Every part is graded into one of three conditions, shown as a tag on its listing and restated on your quote:
NewUsedRefurbished- New — OEM, factory-original stock.
- Used — removed from decommissioned or upgraded equipment, sold as-is at that condition unless the listing or your quote states otherwise.
- Refurbished — bench-tested before dispatch, sold with the warranty term stated on the quote.
Where a part type allows it, drives, amplifiers, PSUs and boards are function-tested before dispatch and serial numbers are recorded for traceability — see our Testing & Quality Process page for the full pre-dispatch process.
Warranty & DOA protection
Used and refurbished items are sold without manufacturer warranty unless a quote states otherwise — the same line that appears in the site footer and on the About page, restated here in full. Where we do offer a warranty on a Refurbished part, its length is tied to the condition tier and stated on your quotation; it is not a site-wide fixed term.
Separately from warranty, dead-on-arrival (DOA) claims — a part that does not power up or function as described on arrival — are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact us through the RFQ thread for that order as soon as the issue is found; claims raised after that window are handled at our discretion rather than as a right.
Lead time & sourcing
On-shelf lines ship on the timeline stated on your quote. Where a part is not already in stock, it is sourced to order across our supplier network — the applicable lead time is confirmed on that part's quote rather than promised as a fixed, site-wide turnaround, since it depends on the part, the brand and current supplier availability. What is fixed is our response time: quotes normally come back within 24–48 hours of a complete RFQ, with the sourcing lead time (if any) stated alongside the price.
Payment
There is no checkout on this site, so payment is never collected here and no card, bank or UPI details are entered or stored on cncspares.in. Once you confirm a quote, payment terms — how, when and to whom payment is made, and how invoicing (including GST where it applies) works for that order — are confirmed directly with our sourcing desk as part of finalising the order, not standardised into a single on-site checkout flow.
Shipping & risk of loss
Parts are packed to suit the part type — ESD-safe packing for electronics, industrial packing for mechanical components — and shipped insured, pan-India and worldwide, by the carrier and service level stated on your quote. Risk in the parts passes to you once they are handed to the carrier; the insurance on the shipment is there to cover exactly that window. Freight and duty are excluded from the quoted price unless it says otherwise (see section 2).
Cancelling a request before it's confirmed
You can withdraw or amend an RFQ at any time before you confirm a quote — nothing is owed either way up to that point, since no order exists yet. Once you have confirmed a quote and we have begun sourcing or dispatch against it, cancellation is handled case by case through the same RFQ thread; sourced-to-order parts already committed against your confirmation may not be cancellable without cost, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case for your order.
Trademarks & independence
cncspares.in is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by FANUC, Siemens AG, Fagor Automation, MITSUBISHI, HIWIN or THK. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Brand names are used only to describe which systems a part is compatible with.
Governing law & changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We update this page when our practices change; the effective date at the top always describes the version you are reading.
Nothing here overrides the specific terms stated on an individual quote — where the two conflict for a given order, the quote controls for that order.
Questions about an order
For anything about a quote, an order in progress, or a DOA claim, reach us through the RFQ form (mark it URGENT). Keep the follow-up on the same RFQ thread so the order history stays in one place.
New enquiries go through the same form — part numbers in, line-item quote out, normally within 24–48 hours.
