Buying CNC electronics online comes down to one question: can you trust what arrives? Here is exactly how every order passes through our process before it reaches you.
Part identification
We verify the exact part number against your machine model and series. Ambiguous or superseded numbers are cross-checked against replacement equivalents before quoting.
Source verification
Every source in our network is vetted for authenticity. Serial numbers are recorded so traceability is never in question.
Bench testing
Drives, amplifiers, PSUs and boards are powered up and function-tested where the part type allows. Test reports and pre-dispatch photos/videos are available on request.
Condition grading
Each listing states its condition explicitly: New (OEM), Refurbished (tested with warranty) or Exchange. No vague “as-is” surprises.
Secure packing & dispatch
ESD-safe packing for electronics, industrial packing for mechanical parts. Insured shipping pan-India and worldwide.
DOA protection & warranty
Dead-on-arrival claims are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Warranty length depends on condition tier and is stated on your quotation.
