Fagor alarm 0021: There is no CAN keyboard

What it means
During startup the CNC did not detect the CAN keyboard node, so operator-panel input is unavailable or degraded. The keyboard hangs off the CANfagor/CANopen bus, so this is usually a bus or node-power problem rather than a CNC fault. Diagnosis mode shows whether the keyboard node is recognized.
Likely causes
- CAN cable to keyboard disconnected, damaged or miswired
- missing/incorrect bus termination resistors
- keyboard node without 24 V supply
- failed keyboard electronics
Triage note: Check in Diagnosis mode whether any nodes appear; if none appear, the fault is upstream of the keyboard (COMPCI/bus), if only the keyboard is missing, check its drop cable and supply.
