Fagor alarm 065: Probe error during G75 probing

What it means

Legacy probing guard with two documented cases: the programmed position was reached without the probe signal ever arriving, or the probe signal arrived while no probing move was actually executing (interpreted as a collision). Either way the cycle aborts to protect the probe and the part.

Likely causes

• probe, its cable or the probe input circuit dead
• approach feed too high to catch the touch within the stroke
• stylus fouling on clamps/fixtures sending an early signal
