What it means
With controlled corner rounding (G36), the rounding radius programmed is larger than at least one of the two adjoining paths, so no valid blend exists. The CNC detects this during block preparation and interrupts execution.
Likely causes
- R value in the G36 block exceeds the length of one of the adjacent movements
- short approach/departure moves near the corner cannot absorb the requested radius
