What it means
The chamfer dimension programmed in the G39 block is bigger than one of the two adjoining paths, leaving no room for the chamfer geometry. The CNC interrupts execution of the program.
Likely causes
- chamfer size exceeds the shorter adjacent movement
- units mix-up (inch/metric) inflating the chamfer value via parameters
