What it means
During a tool change there is no free pocket available to store the tool currently in the spindle. Tools flagged as special reserve their pockets exclusively, which can silently consume all free positions.
Likely causes
- new tool marked special in the tool table, locking several magazine pockets
- magazine genuinely full - no empty slot left for the spindle tool
- magazine table corrupted after power loss during a change
