What it means
The block references an axis name that is not defined in the system or belongs to another channel of a multi-channel CNC. Channel resource allocation is done in machine parameters, so programs ported between machines frequently trip this. Use only the axes assigned to the executing channel.

- program written for a different channel configuration
- axis name typo or case mismatch
- channel assignment changed in machine parameters after program was written
