What it means
While cutter radius compensation (G41/G42) was active, an internal (concave) arc was programmed whose radius is smaller than the tool radius. Physically the tool cannot follow such a contour, so the CNC interrupts execution.
Likely causes
- tool radius larger than the smallest internal feature radius
- tool table radius entry wrong (oversized or wrong units)
Triage note: Fix with a smaller tool or correct the R column of the tool table - do not shrink the programmed geometry.
