What it means
Using the G02/G03 ... R format, either a full circle was attempted (this format cannot close a circle - endpoints must differ from the start point) or the distance to the arc endpoint exceeds the diameter of the programmed R circle, making the arc geometrically unsolvable.
Likely causes
- R-format block with identical start and end coordinates
- endpoint typo putting the target farther than 2xR away
- R value computed by parameters with a rounding error
Triage note: Use IJK center format when a full circle is actually required.
