Fagor alarm 1088: Range exceeded in zero offset.
CNC 8055 CNC error · Fagor 8055/8055i
What it means
Applying a zero offset produced an end position beyond what the CNC accepts. This happens when G54-G59 values are wrong, when absolute (G54-G57) and incremental (G58-G59) offsets are combined and their sum leaves the machine envelope, or when parameters write oversized values into offsets.
Likely causes
- corrupted or mistyped G54-G59 origin entries
- absolute + incremental offset sum exceeding machine limits
- part-program variable writing a huge value into an offset register
