What it means
Motion was commanded to a point inside work zone 1 while that zone was declared a no-entry area (G22 K1 S1). The CNC stops axis and spindle motion, removes enable signals and cancels analog outputs; if caught from the position loop it opens the loop and sets LOPEN=1, interrupting the channel's program. Cancel with G22 K1 S0.
Likely causes
- programmed point falls within a protected fixture/clamp area
- work zone defined with wrong limits (G20/G21) for the setup
- zone left active from a previous job
Triage note: Same pattern exists for zones 2-5: codes 1091, 1096, 1097 and 1239 respectively.
