Fagor alarm 1092: Insufficient acceleration for the speed programmed in threading.
CNC 8055 CNC error · Fagor 8055/8055i
What it means
The threading pass does not have enough travel distance along the axis to accelerate up to (and decelerate from) the programmed threading speed. The resulting thread would have an incorrect lead at the ends, so the CNC refuses to execute; lower the threading feed or lengthen the approach/overrun room.
Likely causes
- threading speed too high for the available approach distance
- thread started too close to shoulder/end of stock
- pitch large enough to demand long ramp-up
