What it means
Second-spindle version of error 1102: in closed-loop orientation the sub-spindle's following error exceeded MAXFLWE1(P21)/MAXFLWE2(P22). Full safety reaction applies - stop, enables removed, analog outputs canceled, external emergency output activated.
Likely causes
- sub-spindle drive or its power/feed circuitry faulty
- encoder or feedback cable defect on spindle 2
- workpiece clamped so tightly/stalling the sub-spindle
- incorrect gain or limit parameters for the sub-spindle
