Fagor alarm 1119-1127: The * axis cannot be synchronized

What it means
An electronic gearing/synchronization request on the affected axis failed because the axis is already slaved to another (e.g., coupled earlier with G77), or the program tried to move an axis independently while it is slaved. The coupling request is rejected.
Likely causes
- double slaving attempt from the PLC or from two program channels
- movement programmed on a gantry/slave axis without uncoupling (G78)
- leftover coupling from an aborted program
Triage note: Uncouple with G78 before re-synchronizing or moving the slave axis alone.
