Fagor alarm 1128-1136: Maximum feedrate of the * axis exceeded

CNC 8055 CNC error · Fagor 8055/8055i

What it means

After applying individual axis scaling factors, the resulting feedrate component on the affected axis exceeded MAXFEED (P42). The CNC protects the axis by refusing the block rather than overspeeding it.

Likely causes

  • combined multi-axis feed resolving to excessive single-axis velocity on short moves
  • scaling factor (G72-type mirror/scaling) amplifying axis speed
  • MAXFEED set below the shop's normal rapid value

Triage note: Nine-code axis-mapped range (1128 = first axis).
