Fagor alarm 20001: Waiting for AUXEND from the PLC
CNC 8060/8065/8070 CNC error · Fagor 8060/8065/8070
What it means
An auxiliary function handed to the PLC (typically an M-function handshake) never received its AUXEND completion signal within the expected time - either legitimate slow machine logic or a stuck handshake. Press RESET to clear, then audit the PLC logic behind the auxiliary function for a missing branch that sets the completion mark.
Likely causes
- PLC logic never sets AUXEND (unreachable branch, missing mark)
- machine condition awaited by PLC not met (pressure, limit, sensor)
- M-function finish signal wiring/inputs faulty
Triage note: Codes 20002-20028 share the pattern: the window names exactly which handshake (spindle stop, gear confirm, INPOS, etc.) timed out.
