Fagor alarm 2012: There is no voltage at the axis board

What it means
The 24 V supply feeding the outputs of the axis board is missing. Without this voltage the CNC cannot assert the drive-enables and relay outputs that arm the SAC/SPC analog drives, so axes and spindle are stopped and the external emergency output fires. The usual culprit is the board's output-supply fuse or the upstream 24 V source.
Likely causes
- blown fuse on the axis-board 24 V output supply
- 24 V switched-mode supply in the cabinet dead or tripped
- loose 24 V terminal or corroded connector on the axis board
- wiring fault downstream shorting the 24 V output rail
Triage note: Restore 24 V and replace the fuse only after confirming no short; a repeatedly blowing fuse indicates a shorted output device or cable.
