What it means
The power-up diagnostic found a defect in the CNC's internal RAM. Machine data may be unreliable, so motion is inhibited and the external emergency output is activated. This is a board-level hardware verdict, not a parameter problem.
Likely causes
- failed RAM chip on the central CPU board
- memory damage from a previous power-supply surge
- severe electrical noise/ground fault stressing the board
