Fagor alarm 2019: PLC's RAM memory error.

What it means
Diagnostic found a defect in the RAM holding the PLC program and data. The ladder cannot run reliably, so the CNC stops everything and activates the external emergency output. Codes 2020-2023 report the analogous failures in PLC EPROM and in the user/system RAM banks.
Likely causes
- failed RAM on the PLC board
- lithium backup battery exhausted allowing corruption
- board damaged by cabinet moisture or surges
Triage note: Replace batteries proactively on any 8055 showing memory symptoms; the PLC board itself is exchanged, not repaired, via Fagor service.
