What it means
EtherCAT physical link lost - CNC sees no slave response on the bus (companion: 24002 missing package, 24003 CRC, 24004 working-counter).
Likely causes
- EtherCAT cable disconnected or unlatched at a QC-DR drive or RIO node
- slave drive powered down (its PSU stage dead)
- EMC interference corrupting frames (24003 pattern)
Triage note: Read topology from the ENI/routed file: the first NON-responding slave after the last good one sits behind the broken cable. 24003 CRC errors repeating on one port = replace that specific cable segment.
