What it means
A move was commanded on an axis currently assigned as DRO (digital read-out display only) via the PLC mark DRO(axis). DRO axes are display-only resources and cannot take part in motions. Cancel DRO mode through the PLC logic before jogging or executing programs containing that axis.
Likely causes
- PLC program keeping DRO mark set on the requested axis
- operator attempting jog on a DRO-designated axis
- OEM screen logic toggling DRO unexpectedly
