What it means
Same watchdog mechanism as 3001 but triggered by the periodic (PE) PLC module exceeding WAGPER (P1), typically due to heavy cyclic logic or an infinite loop. All enables drop and the external emergency output activates while the PLC is reset.
Likely causes
- periodic module doing too much work each cycle
- endless loop in periodic logic
- WAGPER (P1) too small for the program
- PLC timing parameters (CPUTIME P26 / LOOPTIME P72) misconfigured
Triage note: Move non-critical logic out of PE into PRG, or widen WAGPER; verify after edits that scan time stays within budget.
