What it means
Identical mechanism to 3002 but on the negative direction: the repositioning move crosses the lower software travel limit. The axis stops at the limit and the block aborts. Correct either the limit definition or the commanded position.
Likely causes
- target coordinate beyond negative software limit
- limits altered via G198 or PLC writes
- fixture offset pushing programmed points outside envelope
