What it means
Actual lag exceeded MAXFLWE/MINFLWE (dynamic factor FEDYNFAC, delay ESTDELAY) - commanded motion not being followed.
Likely causes
- mechanical resistance: binding, contamination, failed lubrication
- drive not enabled or in fault (DRSTA missing)
- motor, drive or feedback (encoder) failure
- gains mistuned; happens mainly at high acceleration
Triage note: Confirm drive shows READY (not just powered) before touching tuning. Rule out lubrication and binding FIRST - repeatedly raising the limit converts a mechanical warning into a crash.
