What it means
Home-search cycle aborted: parameters wrong, counter module (RCS-S) fault, Sercos drive fault, feedback system fault or connection error.
Likely causes
- reference mark (I0) missed due to dirty/damaged scale window
- home switch out of position or dead (dog shifted after crash)
- RCS-S Sercos counter module or drive homing hardware failing
- REFPULSE/homing parameter mismatch
Triage note: Watch the home-switch input and the I0 diagnostics during the cycle: switch fires but no I0 within the rotation = scale/mark problem; neither appears = switch/wiring.
