What it means
An overflow occurred in the internal variable holding the position command sent to the axis. This is normally a configuration problem: the command computed from feedrate, pitch and electronic gearing exceeds the range representable in the position loop.
Likely causes
- inconsistent PITCH, INPUTREV / OUTPUTREV gear-ratio parameters
- feedrate programmed beyond what the resolution/gearing supports
- wrong axis scaling after mechanical retrofit
