Fagor alarm 3711: Error when refreshing CAN feedback reading

What it means

The CNC could not complete the cyclic read of an analog axis feedback through the CAN counter nodes. If the alarm names an axis, that axis's feedback read failed; if no axis is named, the global counter refresh did not complete.

Likely causes

• CAN bus connection/configuration fault between CNC and counter nodes
• counting failure in the feedback (counter) module
• saturation of the CAN bus - increase LOOPTIME
• broken feedback cable from scale/encoder to the counter node
