What it means
A tandem move was started while the slave axis had not yet confirmed enable via its Drive Status Ready signal. Tandem torque control requires both drives ready; the CNC blocks the master motion to avoid driving one motor against an unenabled partner.
Likely causes
- PLC starts motion before the slave drive reports ready
- slave drive in fault, disabled or without power
- DRENA/enable chain of the slave axis incomplete
