Fagor alarm 4001: Undefined class 1 error

What it means
The drive reported a SERCOS class 1 diagnostic that the CNC could not decode into one of the specific drive errors (4002-4011, 4050-4198). The CNC stops axes and spindle, removes all enable signals, aborts the part program on every channel and activates the external emergency output. Check the error display on the offending drive to identify the real fault.
Likely causes
- Drive fault not covered by the standard error set
- Drive software version reporting a class 1 diagnostic unknown to this CNC release
