What it means
Wrapper for internal supply rail errors E100-E105 (+/-5 V, +/-8 V, +/-18 V out of range). These errors cannot be reset from the CNC: after removing the cause the whole servo system must be powered down and back up. The CNC stops everything and fires its external emergency output when the rail fault appears.
Likely causes
- Failure of the drive's internal switched-mode supply
- Overloaded +18 V rail (e.g., defective IGBT driver stage)
- Board-level component failure inside the drive
