Fagor alarm 4008: Error at the power bus (213...215)

What it means
Wrapper for power-stage bus errors E213-E215: undervoltage at the IGBT driver, detected short-circuit, and hard overvoltage of the DC bus. All three interrupt the motor current instantly (category 0 stop) while the CNC cancels enables and aborts all channels. See the individual codes 4070-4072 for diagnosis.
Likely causes
- Missing connection bridge of the internal ballast (E215)
- External regen resistor disconnected or burned out (E215)
- Shorted motor cable, phases touching, or failed IGBT (E214)
- Defective IGBT gate-driver circuit (E213)
