Fagor alarm 4057: ERROR 101: Internal -5 V out of range

What it means
The drive's internal -5 V rail is out of tolerance. Non-resettable via the error-clear input: the unit must be turned off and on once the cause is gone. Axes remain disabled with the CNC's external emergency output activated.
Likely causes
- Internal power supply defect
- Shorted or leaking component loading the -5 V rail
- Aging electrolytics in the drive's low-voltage supply
