Fagor alarm 4062: ERROR 106: Heatsink overheated

What it means
The IGBT heatsink temperature reached the trip threshold specific to each drive model; the drive responds with a torqueless stop and the CNC runs its full stop sequence (category 1). Reset only after several minutes of cooling and after fixing the cooling problem.
Likely causes
- Heatsink fan failed or fins blocked with dust/oil mist
- Continuous current demand above the drive's rating
- Ambient temperature above ~40 °C or insufficient mounting clearance
- Load cycle exceeding the drive's duty rating
