What it means
Temperature inside the drive enclosure (velocity-control/CPU board area) is too high. The drive issues a category 1 stop; the CNC removes enables and interrupts the part program on all channels. Improve enclosure cooling and let the unit cool down before restart.

- Cabinet cooling fan failure or clogged filters
- High ambient temperature around the drive
- Prolonged operation at the current limit heating the electronics
