Fagor alarm 4066: ERROR 201: Motor overload

What it means
The motor's I2t protection tripped: the thermal image computed from actual current shows the duty cycle exceeds what the motor can dissipate. It triggers a category 1 controlled stop; the CNC removes enables and aborts all channels. Reduce cutting/acceleration demands or allow longer cool-down periods.
Likely causes
- Duty cycle too heavy for the installed motor
- Increased mechanical friction or collision
- Wrong motor data (SP10/NP116) making the thermal model too small
- Insufficient motor cooling
