Fagor alarm 4070: ERROR 213: Undervoltage at the IGBT power driver

What it means

Supply voltage at the IGBT triggering circuits dropped below the level needed to keep the switches fully saturated. PWM is cut (category 0 stop) and the CNC removes enables and aborts all channels. Reset once; a persistent error usually means a failing gate driver or IGBT.

Likely causes

• Defective IGBT gate-driver circuitry
• Failing IGBT pulling the driver rail down
• Internal +15/+18 V supply weakness under load
