Fagor alarm 4096: ERROR 505: Different RAM and Flash parameters

What it means
At start-up the drive compared its RAM copy of parameters against Flash and found them different, so it refuses to regulate. Not resettable: restore consistency by reloading parameters into Flash and power-cycle. The CNC keeps all axes stopped with the external emergency output active.
Likely causes
- Power loss during a previous parameter save
- Failed Flash write leaving old/new sets mixed
- Memory wear or corruption in the drive
