Fagor alarm 4111: ERROR 707: X4 motor feedback board identification error

What it means
The plug-in feedback card at connector X4 (motor feedback input) reports a wrong identification. PWM stays off (category 0 stop) and the error is not clearable by reset; reseat/replace the feedback card and power cycle. The CNC holds the axis stopped until the drive starts cleanly.
Likely causes
- X4 feedback card of wrong type or unrecognized revision
- Poor seating of the daughter card
- Damaged ID EEPROM on the feedback card
