What it means
With high torque commanded the motor failed to turn freely: speed stayed below GP8 for longer than GP7 allows, i.e., stall detection. PWM is cut (category 0 stop) and the CNC removes enables and interrupts the program on all channels. Free the mechanism; GP7/GP8 may be raised only if the trip is spurious (GP7=0 disables).
Likely causes
- Axis or spindle mechanically blocked/stalled
- Two swapped or loose power phases
- Defective feedback cable or wrong NP116/RV3 (RP5) settings
- Cutting load exceeding available torque
