Fagor alarm 4122: ERROR 110: Low heatsink temperature

What it means
The IGBT heatsink is at or below 0 °C, which can cause condensation and poor semiconductor behavior. Introduced with soft 06.13 (disable when importing older parameter sets); it produces a category 1 stop with the normal CNC shutdown. Warm the machine hall/drive above freezing before restarting.
Likely causes
- Machine cold-soaked below 0 °C
- Defective heatsink temperature sensor or its cable
- Sensor reading falsely low
