Fagor alarm 4141: ERROR 312: Low voltage at the driver of the Low Side IGBT

What it means
The gate-driver supply for the low-side IGBT fell below the safe operating level. The drive reacts with an immediate PWM cutoff (category 0 stop); the CNC drops enables and aborts the program everywhere. If it persists after one reset, the driver stage or drive must be serviced.
