What it means
The drive cannot find the motor-definition (.MOT) file needed to configure regulation. PWM stays off (category 0 stop) and the error clears only by installing the file and cycling power. Load the correct motor database for the connected motor family.
Likely causes
- Missing motor database after drive replacement
- Erased/corrupted Flash contents
- Software update performed without the .MOT file
