What it means
The CNCRD instruction tried to read a CNC variable that does not exist. If it appears at startup, the classic reason is the PLC issuing CNCRD before SERCOSRDY is active, i.e. before the drive variables exist. Condition such reads on SERCOSRDY or correct the variable name.

- variable name/syntax error in PLC program
- CNCRD executed before SERCOSRDY mark active
- variable belonging to unconfigured axis/spindle
