Fagor alarm 6001: Tendency test alarm activated
CNC 8060/8065/8070 feedback alarm (analog axes) · Fagor 8060/8065/8070
What it means
Runaway detector: axis saw sustained positive feedback (position running away from command) longer than ESTDELAY.
Likely causes
- command sign (AXISCHG) or feedback direction (LOOPCHG) inverted after rewiring/parameter reload
- encoder counting direction flipped by swapped A/B phases
- actual runaway from failed velocity loop in the drive
Triage note: Safety-relevant: axis can accelerate uncontrollably. First jog at minimal feed with hand on E-stop after ANY parameter restore or feedback rewiring.
