What it means
Monitored at startup and during operation: the PLC executive is stopped, so machine logic (emergency chain, lubrication, tool change) is dead even though the CNC itself runs. Happens after software updates or when someone stopped the PLC from the monitor and forgot to restart it. Set the PLC to run and compile if needed.
