What it means
At PC/COMPCI startup the CAN bus used for keyboards and remote modules could not be initialized; the numeric detail distinguishes CANfagor from CANopen causes (micro reset failures, slave connection/configuration problems, duplicate node IDs, hardware test failures). Nothing on the CAN-dependent periphery will work until resolved.
Likely causes

- damaged CAN trunk cable or missing termination
