What it means
The feedback alarm fired on a handwheel connected to the local feedback inputs. Manual pulse-generator pulses became invalid, so handwheel jogging of the associated axes is suspended until the MPG chain is healthy again.
Likely causes
- handwheel cable broken or unplugged
- MPG internal failure (disk/LED)
- missing 5 V supply to the handwheel
