What it means
Tool management on the 8060/8065 declares the requested tool either expired (its life/usage counter ran out) or explicitly rejected by the PLC interlock logic. Execution stops so a known-bad tool is never presented to the workpiece.
Likely causes
- tool life counter exhausted and no replacement sibling enabled
- PLC logic setting the reject mark (tool-break sensor, offset condition)
- wrong life data entered during tool presetting
